About Our Garage Packages

Our garage packages come in two styles. Stud Wall construction and Pole construction. The information below helps explain the difference between the two.

Stud Wall Construction

Garages consist of stud frame walls, wood roof trusses, vinyl or steel siding, and shingle or steel roof. They are built on a block foundation or a floating concrete slab. Since the walls are framed with either 2x4's or 2x6's, typically 16"oc, they are easily insulated with standard insulation. They are great for car storage, workshops, general storage and many other ideas.

Pole Construction

Pole garages consist of a post frame structure, wood roof trusses, steel siding and a steel roof. It is basically a smaller version of a pole building. A pole garage does not require a block foundation or poured concrete slab, so they are generally less expensive to construct.
