How to Place an Order

Order Requirments

A deposit of 50% will be required to place your order into an active status. The remaining balance will be due when the order is ready to be picked up or delivered. Lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks from the time your deposit is received.

 Before You Order

• Do you have a level area to unload materials and room to back-in a tractor trailer ?
• Do you have a level lot to construct your building ?
• Are you aware that our packages require basic sawing, trimming, and drilling to construct ?
• Are you aware that the materials in our packages are not pre-cut ?
• The deminsions of our buildings are outside measurement, not inside.
